Yup. I hope so.
Otherwise it will be used as an excuse, thus facilitating another Bama rematch in the title game.

Just so yall don't get too excited and end up giving yourselves blue balls, the report is completely false. Carry on as you will.

More likely the one random guy from CFN/Fox who started tweeting about it is either full of shite or hoping to throw something out there and break a big story. He already backtracked some on Twitter. But if you want to believe that some reporter nobody has heard of from CFN who has never had any sort of story with Alabama suddenly has three great sources in the program that nobody else does, then yea go for it. As I said, he's already backtracked, people have denied it, AJ came right back into the game, practiced yesterday with no side effects, etc. Just trying to help yall out. This thread has already gone almost as long than the one on the SECr has that's already died. But then again, lately the Tiger Rant has been the place to hear all about Alabama football.

Don't worry..

Alabama's comparative meat grinder (to LSU's Florida, South Carolina & Texas A&M) of Missouri, Tennessee and Mississippi State will surely injure that knee more.

Wrong. He has played in mop up duty and also wrong that he isn't the backup.

Blake Sims is the backup. Former 4* ATH that played RB last year. If he were forced to play it would completely change alabama's offense. Even when he plays in mop up duty the playbook completely changes. He is a read option QB and not a bad one. Has several runs this year longer than 30 yards.

Living in Birmingham I'm sure you've realized, it's really hard to keep something about Alabama's football team or an injury to a player quiet. I find it impossible to believe that we went from Saturday to Tuesday afternoon with nothing on the story, and all the info coming from all angles said there was no story, then some random dude breaks this. Just incredibly difficult to believe, it would be a first. Not to mention Saban really isn't too tight lipped with injuries, once he knows the extent. We had a starting WR and a backup RB tear up their knees and lost for the season in the Ole Miss game. They had their MRIs that Sunday, Saban announced that Monday at his presser. Obviously they aren't as big as AJ, but still.
