Trindon Holliday was more like Green to me but the comparison with Jackson sounds exciting for sure

Come on man. Grow up, the negative self loathing bullshite on every thread is ridiculous. We get it, you dont want Fisher, you want to keep Miles, the OP said remember what Fisher did with Skyler Green? What do you have to say thats relevant to that topic? Use your fricking brain and have some respect before you go around posting more bullshite

Catastrophe syndrome is still attacking out posted ever since 1/9 that lost broke some people's mind and will. They will never be the same. Always looking for the bad and negative stuff as if good stuff can't happen here at lsu.
That's why they are running off miles. They are hurt that we were close to being the best again. They felt fooled.

Great things can happen again at LSU but not without significant changes.

When was the last time one facet (offense, defense, kicking) of a Miles coached team wasn't a liability?

Asked another way, when was the last time they were all assets, weapons to be used instead of deficiencies to make up for?

When was the last time a Miles coached team looked crisp, didn't commit pee-wee league penalties and didn't look confused out on the field?

When was the last time we came out and won a game convincingly (over by halftime) against a clearly inferior opponent?

There are a few under the radar kids in state that compare pretty fairly to Skyler's skill set at LSU. However, Skyler was basically Terrance Magee in high school. He was a borderline rb mold. There is a kid from Destrehan, John Williams, who reminds me a lot of Skyler because of his quick cut agility. He has a little bit of Jarvis in him too, but he's more of Skyler's height. Definitely much lighter though. Really under the radar for a kid that excels at route running and has solid hands.

I remember when people used to bitch about seeing the bubble screen thrown all the time.

Right- but I loved the bubble screen! Especially with Bowe and Doucette. It would make a star out of Diarse.

I agree, people just want jimbo for sentimental reasons. He is a good guy, but he won't be what everyone here thinks he will. Ahhh Georgia tech. 2-5 .

Did he lose either of those by 21 while looking like hot garbage?

I don't understand you at all. You HATE Cam's offense with a passion because it's not a wide open modern pro style offense, yet you also hate Jimbo because his offense is the exact one you want???

Jimbo runs 3 wide 1 TE as a base and the QB is in the shotgun a lot.
You lose absolutely nothing in the run game and you gain a wide open passing game that attacks every level of the field.

I implore you to watch some Jameis Winston highlights. His highlight vids look like an NFL level offense. It also requires smart players and relies on every route in the route tree for your receivers and your QB has to know multiple reads and packages.

If Jimbo comes here, that offense is going to scare the f**k out of some SEC people when they have to play it.

Look at what Dan Enos did for Brandon Allen in one year

2014
13 games - 190/339 (56%) 2285 yards (6.7 ypa) 20 TDs 5 ints, 2 rush TDs

2015
11 games - 213/327 (65.1%) 3032 yards (9.2 ypa) 29 TDs 6 ints, 118 rush yards 1 TD

He improved dramatically. He lost 3 of his top 5 returning pass catchers within the first 2 weeks of this year, and 3 of his top 4 WRs within 3 weeks. It didn't faze him one bit. He has since gotten one of them back though.

I think Harris could blow up as well considering we'll be bringing back all our WRs and receiving TEs for and 2nd year in a row. Plus you have Fournette who is the 3rd leading receiver right now.
