If a dual sport athlete that is playing football and baseball is redshirted for football. Does that redshirt apply to baseball also?

A track and field athlete can redshirt for the "indoor" season and then compete during the "outdoor" season. In this case, he/she would be able to redshirt at a later time for "outdoor".

Ok. Thanks me and a friend were having the debate. Unfortunately I was proven wrong. Now I will lie to him and tell him I told him so.
