Ochinko made his coach look smart, too, belting a solo homer in the ninth that sailed out of Rosenblatt Stadium. Ochinko went 4-for-5 with three RBIs.
"He told me before lunch he was putting me in the No. 4 spot," Ochinko said. "I told him I'd been waiting my whole life for this."

I'm happy for him as well. Keeping with our baseball championship tradition, there seems to always be an unlikely guy step up, get hot, and make major contributions to securing the title. That guy to me was Ochinko. Also, don't forget he got the single with one out in the ninth to start the rally in game 1 V Texas. Also, don't forget who cracked the three run homer to turn the Virginia game around to start the CWS.

Did yall see his interview on the buzz? It was soo funny! You got to like the guy but he is so cocky.

That's really funny, and although he may be cocky in real life, in that vid he's obviously just frickin around.
In one of the other videos, the camera turned around to reveal most of the team watching the interview. I bet some of the players were right behind the camera, like how he's braggin he knocked in more runs than most of the team, and then smirks and looks over next to the cameraman where I'm sure his teammates were.

The players made PM look like a genius yesterday. I think he knew what buttons to push and when to push them. I haven't agreed with his calls throughout the entire season but I can't complain with the result. Great job Coach! We want at least 4 more to make it 10 Championships.
