He has this aura about him but not really sure he deserves it.

While he does have a very respectable .635 career coaching record (Mainieri's is .654), his only championships won are 3 Big West titles in 08, 10, 11. He's been to Omaha twice, once with Irvine and once with Fullerton.

I think he's a great coach and can turn Tennessee around, but he hasn't exactly proven himself to be in the "Elite" category yet.

For the most part, I can't argue with your list. The only major thing I would change is move Cohen a little higher. Maybe 6 or 7.

Let's not forget Fullerton people were happy when he left.

Cohen won a SEC regular season title at Kentucky. Let me say that again, Kentucky. They've been very good on the post season at Miss St.

He's top 5.

How is KOS not higher? Uf beasts every year, just can't finish (not that others ahead are finishing).

At worst he's 3rd.

Lol he's not #1. He does have one Natty, but he can thank Les for that. Without the players Les recruited to play football no way he wins the one he has. Horrible talent evaluator and worse than Les at in game adjustment or crucial decisions.

Ok, everyone is allowed to voice an opinion as long as they know what they are talking about.

So what is wrong in that statement in your opinion.

Do we win natty without J mitch jones and the left handed guy that started at corner then switched to baseball damn it what's he's name?? Anyway no we dont.

So you are saying he's a good evaluator of talent?? I agree this is most debatable I say no.

So you are saying Paul is a great in game adjustment coach and he's good in crucial decisions?? LMAO

Ok one out of the three statements I can see your point but the other two.....are you being serious??????

You really think chad jones was crucial to winning that title in 2009?
Think he and mitch were the only two on that team
