WOW!! Pure definition of smash mouth football. Was just watching the Auburn replay and this quote struck out to me. That whole game, LSU did whatever it wanted to against Auburn. Just wanted to throw this quote out there and get you guys pumped up about this special season!!! GO TIGERS!!

To be fair, so did Jacksonville State. Auburn's defense is terrible. Not trying to take anything away from our offense, because our run game is nasty.

This is why I'm hoping Auburn beats the cowbells this Saturday. It's easy to forgive LSU's 2nd half performance against the cowbells since it was the first game. Teams improve the most from game 1 to game 2. I'm in.

Do you happen to have a link to watch a replay of the auburn game, or did you just have it DVR'd or something? I was driving back from Louisiana to Dallas so had to listen to it on the radio, would really enjoy watching the beat down. Geaux tigers!

I was born in Baton Rouge in the OLD Our Lady of The Lake across a pond from the state capital. I grew up an LSU fan. I knew all my life I was going to LSU. Graduated in 1983. So, I am from around there.
I was around for the beginnings of teh "Geaux" phase. I never bought in. It wasn't my thing then and it isn't my thing now. I don't get the hate for someone that says Go Tigers! instead of the now seemingly required Geaux Tigers.

You might want to recheck the rushing stats from last year. If we ran on them then (and we shoved it down the middle of the ole miss d) we'll certainly have success this season.
