Question regarding Tiger Satdium

Is it true that starting this year all women's purse or any other bag will not be allowed unless they are clear or see through? Guys at work mentioned this but I can't find any sources on it! Thanks

They had this last year but didn't enforce it. Academy has clear LSU bags.
