Question about sneaking in alcohol and public drunkeness.

Help a brother out here - would it be accurate to say that sneaking alcohol into the stadium is against the rules but not against the law? And what potential penalties does the university reserve for a violation? Alcohol confiscated? Kicked out the game? Possibility of banned from stadium?
And is it accurate to say that public drunkeness is illegal in B.R.?

Anyone that does that should be kicked out of the fanbase and never be allowed to attend another game, i fear we're losing control of the fanbase if we allow these illegal activities to continue, especially in a potential championship year

Got to mention the large number of drunk or "buzzed" drivers leaving the stadium.... Kick them out of the fanbase too.
