Is he hurt? We have seen Gilmore and Herron but no QT. Thought he was going to be in the rotation.

He was definitely dressed out during the game but never saw him check in

Bebe has his boys. If you don't show him the type of effort he is looking for, you just won't play. Plain and simple. So unless it is undisclosed discipline, one can only assume Bebe hasn't seen what he needs to see from Q. That is unfortunate since I thought Q would be a big part of what we did this year.

Pretty sure he was the guy who didn't even play his senior year.

Need a big DL haul this year

Pretty sure that Miles said before the season started that he didn't expect him to play all year.

Didn't he have the same injury in both shoulders and played through it last year, probably injured other one compensating for original injury. That is a season ending injury. I believe they repaired one after season but if he has same issue in other should that is not repaired he is in the same position as last year. too hard of a rehab to come back from, maybe he gets a 6th year

That was Mickey Johnson Miles said that about. I think QT is either still hurt or in somebodies dog house. He played last year with two injuries, but he didn't play in the spring. Last fall Moffit said QT's work in the weight room that summer would earn him money in the league. Something is amiss. Five years and he has never been trouble so I'd guess it is a lingering injury.

He played with a torn bicep in one arm, and a partially torn bicep in the other last year. Had surgery to correct the issue in the Spring and missed a lot of practice and conditioning. My guess is he is still not up to game speed. I am really hoping he is able to break through again soon as he was said to be the hardest worker coming into last season. Lot of talk of him looking very good in the first few weeks of practice last year. Having 5 good DT's that can be counted on is a serious luxury in the SEC.

Not unless Mickey Johnson changed his name to Quentin Thomas.

This is what Les said about Q:

quote:

Quentin Thomas "will be healthy and full go" by the fall. Hasn't participated in spring yet while recovering from surgery.
