What is the story with him? I thought he was supposed to see the field immediately. Is he not in the running for WR3?

That what happens when the recruiting board tards over hype a recruit.

Which is why I always let fall camp shakeout. It keeps from getting heartbroken.

Not as of right now...just not ready. Just because a JUCO comes in, doesn't mean they start right away. I think the main reason we have him is because we'll need someone with his experience next year if we lose Beckham and Landry to the draft.

He's caught one pass that I know of this year (I think vs UAB). It's got to be hard to make an impression with ODB and Juice dominating the way that they have been.

that... and Dural did have a good camp coming off of injury.

to boot, I'm guessing (guess only!) he's not up to par on blocking because of that narrow build and probably hasn't been taught properly at JUCO.

The Recruiting Board Tards acted like he was the next D Byrd coming from JUCO. Why do I even bother with that board?

Didn't say that. There has been zero talk of Leslie being a contender for the third WR. Hell, Wright isn't being mentioned either. All I am saying is that the RB pumped up this guy so much that one would expect him to be in the mix.

Because JUCOs are typically brought in to make an immediate impact, and he's the tallest receiver on the team, with great film. The RB regulars were the first to point out he reported underweight and would not be our version of C. Patterson. The rant actually hyped him as the deep threat after it was pretty well established on the RB he would need a year to see the field.

He's actually a good blocker. Was in JUCO and had some nice blocks in the last two games.

I bet we'll see more and more of Q as the season goes on.

He was "supposedly" 6'4 195lbs coming in. When he gets here, hes 6'4 but 175lbs. Hes skinny as a rail out there. Also been having trouble getting the playbook down.

Hopefully he will come around though. He has a lot of talent.

I think he weighs more than that. The roster measurements are always off. He looks noticeably bigger than Tre'Davious White and Robinson. But is also taller than them.

IMO he looks closer to 185

freshman girls have no problem putting on 15-20 pounds in a month or 2 so Q shouldnt have much trouble either
