QB Discipline Issues LSU vs. Oregon

I am well aware of the issues JJ is facing with this debacle. Does anyone have the whole story on the story about the traffic stop involving the Oregon QB and another player in which marijuana was suspected to be involved? I heard it mentioned a couple of times yesterday but never got the full story.
Also, is that the reason there aren't more Duck fans going off about the JJ situation?

I typically don't go off on another institutions bad fortunes even when we weren't having the off the field incidences.
