It seems to me that our run plays are pretty basic...I'm no football coach, but I never see any misdirection (counters), or any toss sweeps or spread runs (with the guard pulling). Maybe I haven't been watching close enough, but I can't remember anything but HB dive into a cluster of 10 people. I swear it seems like Charles Scott is trying to put a hole in our offensive lineman's back. It doesn't matter who your playing, if the other team knows your running it in a 5 yard wide spot, you're not gonna be successful. Also, Jordan Jefferson never keeps it on the option run...and that's why they have become less effective (credit defensive coordinators watching film). I almost shite myself when shepard got to run the option cause he actually kept it and gained yardage.

I agree, it seems when we get the ball to KW on a sweep or outside of the lineman on misdirections we get positive yards. Scott of the middle doesnt ever get shite. God so we need a FB like quinn from last year.
