He can watch as much film as he wants to and take notes, but he has no clue and no plan in place on how to fix these problems.

Great, so not even halfway through a season he already is stepping on his coordinators toes...something he promised he wouldn't do.

Orgeron has completely lost the players and it started in the preseason.
Alleva needs to be fired immediately. Miles was 7 - 0 to start 2015 then lost AL which set off a 3 game losing streak before beating AtM and winning the bowl game. 9 - 3 which would have been 10 - 3 but for the McNeese cancellation. Alleva blew it bad in 2015 and made it worse in 2016. Instead of demanding Cameron hit the road, Alleva let him come back. Fournette gets hurt then lose to a great WI team and but for one second on the clock, LSU beats AU. Then the Orgeron nightmare surfaces. Saw it all during the FL game.
And to top it off, he gives the SOB a 3.5M contract with a 12M buy out.
