He'll do something that no LSU back has done before 3 times? Lol

0 but he does have potential to do it. I'm saying 0 because it's rare to be in game situations that you actually need a guy to do that.

Hopefully 0. If he's rushing for that many yards, hopefully we are up big and don't need to keep pounding Guice late in the game. A whole season is a marathon and I'd rather not have to run Guice into the ground.

0, if he runs for 300 yards, that means our coaching staff should be fired. We would have kept him in a game we are well in control of way too long and he would have had too many attempts, etc.....

In the crazy event it happened in a dozen attempts, good for him, but you pull him to not get him hurt.

Leonard had 250 on 7 carries against Ole Miss. So if he breaks off that one where he was shoe string tackled in the 2nd around the 20 he could have easily had 300 on 7 carries. Should the whole staff should have been fired after that?

Guice isn't gonna go for 300 in a game, unless he's gashing Bama or Florida I truly hope never gets more than 30 carries a game.

300 yards?....yeah no big deal I'm sure at least 3 or 4 times.

While we're playing this game how many times does Etling throw for 500 yards?

I don't think Coach O will want him being used that much. O is much more attuned to not wearing out the players than Les was. But on the other hand, Guice is so talented that it probably has to happen some.

He wont reach 300 yards rushing in a game, not with a hungry Darrel Williams and Nicholas Brossette behind him. Running backs coach Robinson likes to play 3 to 4 backs a game. But if he does reach 300 in a game, I wouldn't be surprised thats for sure.

That is just crazy talk and searching for a way to bash Les. The man had his faults but over working his backs was definitely not one of them. I would bet you could count on one hand the number of times a LSU back had 30 carries during the Miles era.

I think most agree that 30 carries is kind of the mark where a back might be getting overworked.
RB had 30 plus carries.

Fournette 2015, - 31-180 against florida
32-159 against Texas A&M

Addai 2005 - 32-156 against florida

That is it 3 games in 11 plus years.
