11-7 in SEC. I think it gets us in the tournament especially if we can get 1 in Nashville

4-3, picking individual games is pointless.

This team is too up and down
They could have beat UK and I still could see them losing to teams they have no business losing to.

If they get a NIT invite I would decline it

I'm hopeful for 5-2. I think we split Tenn and lose another along the way.

I haven't seen much of Tenn I know Richardson is their guy but do they have any big men?

3-4 .... Johnny's track record at LSU has been 9-9, so think that's where they end up again.

Losses @Tenn, @Ark, @A&M, and UF at home.

It's logical in the fact that I believe this is a 0.500 team with Jones on the bench.

I say we split @ Tenn and @ A&M. Win our last three home games, beat Auburn on the road, and lose to Arkansas. 5-2

He went .500 with a tuba player on the block. If he can't do better than .500 with Mickey and Martin then we're in bigger trouble than we think

9-9 AGAIN! It is becoming more and more apparent that Jones will have to have a LOADED roster just to crack the .500 mark in SEC play. You can't just get excited to play the UK's and UF's of the world.

in his defense, they've played much better the last 2 games with the new starting line up.

What I know about Tenn is they have been inconsistent like LSU has. They have a good backcourt with tall upperclassman guards that can shoot. They lack any real size in the frontcourt to my knowledge.

Wishful thinking... We win 3 games in the SEC tourney as a #6 seed, lose the championship game to UK, but still get in.

Agreed, but the bottom line is still that there are 1-1 in those two games. Last night was a GREAT effort. But when you really look at it, the game was no different than those against Mizzou, AU, MSU, A&M, Vandy, etc. in that the outcome hung in the balance in the final minutes. When you're constantly on that razor's edge sometimes you're going to fall on the wrong side. It's easier said that done, but if you're a tournament team you just can't let bad teams hang around and steal wins from you.
