I searched but didn't find any previous post.
So did anyone notice the fireworks misfire into the east lower seats of T.S. last night? I wondered if anyone was burned by them.

Lol get rid of them. They already fricked up Mike the past two seasons, and now we're shooting the fans?

The vets BS excuse about fireworks being the reason to not take Mile to the flames doesn't hold water. They take him out of the stadium before the fireworks.

Last night they did. That was the first time he was removed before fireworks.

Previously he would remain on the field while the visiting team runs out.

The ones on the south side 30yrd line had an issue to; the first set didn't get real high & a couple of them went toward the stands.

i thought there was a problem when they first fired because it wasn't nearly as much as usual. Then after a minute it began like it normally does and that's when the fire went toward the stands.

They brought out two large metal holder things which I thought were propane flamethrower things at first. It was a completely new setup I think.

Thy first started using fireworks in 2008 but only for big games. Now they use them for every game. I think they'd be cool at night when it's dark. Not so much when it's light outside.

that cannon they use to fire as the team came out would scare the crap out of people who were not expecting it. Most unsuspecting folks attention was focused on the team running onto the field when it went off. I'd get a kick out of watching. I'll admit the first couple of times they fired it, the thing scared my arse too.

I don't even think they made it to the stands.

Side note. The new "Tigers" flag needs to go. The individual letter flags are so much better. Looked like high school shite.
