Porter Finalist for Memphis

the race to replace Tommy West is down to two candidates: Washington Redskins defensive assistant Jerry Gray and LSU assistant head coach Larry Porter.

I think he's gone.

If he goes, there could be a bright spot if he takes Strudwara with him.

Perhaps they would like Gary Crowton as their new offensive coordinator?

Hell McCarthy is gone too, they can have our entire offensive staff.

He's gone. And Stud is going with.

McCarthy out as well.

And I'm guessing GC is relieved of duty as well. We're gonna have a whole new offensive staff next year.

It's kind of sad to replace your ENTIRE defensive staff one year and your ENTIRE offensive staff the next year no?

Better than keeping them and replacing them the year after when we should have the year prior no?

I'm not at all for keeping any of them, if we could get rid of Miles this year I'd do it. I'm just saying I think replacing the entire staff on each side of the ball in two years because of performance speaks volumes on where we are.

I'm glad Miles at least isn't stubborn/overly loyal like some coaches who will go down in the sinking ship along with the incompetent coordinators.

Yeah, pretty pathetic.

At least this year we are losing Porter to an actual job upgrade not just a good riddance we'll find you a new job.
