I sure do miss Pokey as a coach for the Lady Tigers... She can coach and recruit.... We need her back or someone like her

I agree with you up to a point. It seemed like Pokey was great at recruiting and coaching non-competitive wins for LSU, but her weakness was always exposed in the postseason when games were tight and in-game adjustments were critical. She pretty much was always out coached in those situations.

I mean, the women made it four Final Fours in a row. Although 0-4, LSU always lost to the eventual champion. Admittedly, the games were never close either. Van Chancellor's loss to Tennessee in the Final Four in this first year under him was the most painful loss I have ever experienced in a non-men's sport.

Who gives a frick? We got to the Final 4.
Also this is wrong. In two of the games we just couldn't shoot for shite starting from tipoff and in another it was totally player error in huge spots(TJ freaked when she got trapped).

Technically she was the coach of record but Pokey had taken over.

Eh get to the Final 4 enough times and eventually you will win one. It took Summitt like 4-5 trips before she won her first one.
