how many points per game did we give up last year off turnovers and how many points did our defense give up last year?

Depends on what you mean by "off turnovers". If the offense fumbles the ball at the opposing team's 1 yard line, then they drive 99 yards for a TD, is that 7 points our defense gave up or 7 points scored "off turnovers"?

fumble or int for a touchdown not scored on defense, then the points scored on our defense.

Well, I don't think we had any fumbles returned for TDs against us, so it would be the total points scored against us minus the 49 points for the INT returns for TDs, which totals 265 points (or 20.4 ppg).
