We need our starters to roll until Hess can close. It's time to come out of the losers bracket. Geaux Tigers!

Yes. We need a complete game from Poche or a blowout on Wednesday to try to save Gilbert for a Saturday game. Then we need Lange to go deep on Friday and turn it over to Hess. I don't think we beat OSU on Saturday without Gilbert giving us 4-5 solid innings.

Poche gets the record on Wednesday and then Lange throws Friday

Saturday is all hands on deck if we make it that far

It doesn't matter who pitches if we hit like today.

Have to.

Poche threw 30 pitches in the first game, so he should be good. I can't think of Lange's pitch count off the top of my head, maybe in the 80s? Lange should be rested.

Hess should be good now but the longer he can rest, the better.

That should've been the 2 initial starters for this tourney. You use your co-aces to win the first 2 games then you're in the final series. I still can't bie e he started Walker I've been saying all week this would backfire and caught hell for it. You don't start an injured freshman against the best team in the country when you have one of your aces available.
