Please Explain the Cam Cameron Hate...?

I really don't understand the comments regarding Cam Cameron lately. It seems like people are turning on him pretty quickly and I just don't get it.
Even as a huge supporter of his, I always believed that Cam viewed LSU as a stop rather than a stay. I think he really wants back into the NFL (which is completely understandable). But the fact that people think this offense would be any better without him is ridiculous.
The only argument I believe is feasible is that his offense doesn't coincide with Miles' players--the non-pro-style QB in particular. I think he has tried to adjust as much as possible, but the QB play has been atrocious. I don't get why this is a reflection of Coach Cam himself...?

You can't turn a sow's ear into a silk purse in one year!

It's not so much that he has had topics devoted to him, but it seems that anytime he is brought up in a post, it is in a negative light. On the Rant, the Coaching Changes board, etc..

A coach's job is to maximize production based on the available talent. I saw very little that the coaching staff did to accentuate our strengths and minimize our weaknesses.
The offense this year was horrid, with very little seemingly done to adapt to our players' abilities. And zero development of our QBs.
The fault lies with Cam and/or Les. Sorry, but there's no way to sugarcoat it.

- Anthony Jennings has been in the system for almost two full years, yet he has poor mechanics and has shown little, if any, development.
- He just fielded one of the most insipid, mundane, predictable, and one dimensional offenses in the entire country, despite having a veteran offensive line and multiple 4 and 5 star players at skill positions.
- He's set to make $1.5 million this year. When you consider the above two points, it's actually quite comical that he's being paid such an exorbitant sum of money.

Cam's job is to get the QBs to perform at a high level and he failed to do that this season

I am not putting all the blame on Cam but the poor offensive performance blame should be on him and Les. If we were really that bad at the QB position, then we should have had more creative play calling all season.

Really, we pay an OC $800,000, or is a million, I forget. What's a little chump change when you have a LOUSY offensive game plan EVERY week.
Yes, Miles is responsible for this, but Cameron is in this boat too. I mean, come on, I can't believe anyone would legitimately defend this guy.
He and Miles are not putting our players in the best position to win, plain and simple. Don't need to be a Mechanical Engineer to figure that out.

Cam cameron should be Les Miles' replacement if he were to take the Michigan job.

The X-Box crowd had visions of LSU somehow turning into a touchdown a minute offense under Cam. When that didn't happened they began to act out like the immature idiots they are. Regard their posts as nothing more than temper tantrums. The only people that take them seriously are themselves.

When an offense performs like LSU everyone will receive scrutiny. Human Nature

I would support this. if miles leaves we can still perform at a high level if we can keep our present coaches. if Cam steps up to HC he will need to hire an OC. if the new OC gradually opens up the O and if BH can finally take over this team could be kick arse.
I really want coach miles to stay however.

I bet he does, but they don't want him.

It's never Miles' fault with the rantards so it's always Jimbo, Crowton, Cam's.

He sucks at his job.
I don't hate him, though.

This is patently not so. Most fans thought he was good hire and would provide much needed QB development. What was seen in '13 seemed to corroborate this. He started '14 on high-note.
It was only and almost entirely after fans saw our O slog around game-after-game-after-game that fans became critical.
It was 3 pts vs State while the game was meaningful, 7 vs AU, 10 vs OM, 13 vs Bama, and 0 vs Arky that brought on the criticism. It was seeing a QB essentially remain stagnant over the course of the season.

I have an issue with his game plans and his love for neighbors. We actually had a semi decent o the second half of the wisconsin game and the a&m game. We ran a spread option in those games and it worked. I wish he would have taken all the stupid pass attempts at neighbors and made those throws to buga. We could have used 2 back sets and ran buga on his routes.
