I can't remember the name of the place, but a few years back, we hung out at a bar right across the street from the stadium. two story place that had a nice patio, etc. and was just full of LSU fans.

Yep, Im pretty sure the lsu crowd in gainesville hangs out at ben hill griffin stadium at steve spurrier field around gametime.

Is the Porpoise still open? I thought it closed. The Swamp bar next to it is pretty solid. Had a good time at the Swamp Bar the last time I went to Gainvesille which was...2002. I won't ever go again.

There is a new rooftop bar in midtown that is huge called Midtown Social. Lots of TVs everywhere and you see the stadium across the street while watching other games as well. It opened last year so I doubt most of the people on this board have been there before.
Salty Dog is there in midtown as well.
Downtown options include Tall Paul's, Barcade, Dime Bar, Mojo's. The Top is an awesome restaurant with a decent bar inside where you can watch games.
