Check out (Empire brewing company) if you are traveling to New York for the game. They're showing it on food network triple D.

Dino BBQ is certainly a must!!

It gets packed as hell, so be prepared

Also, check out the mission, it's a mexican place in an old church downtown, unique menu, make sure to get the queso, made with several cheeses

Empire is in downtown in Armory Square. Lots of bars/restaurants there. It's not far from campus (a mile?) but not a great walk. Would recommend driving unless midday and you're up for a trek. Campus is separated from downtown by a highway. The area around the highway isn't the best for a walk...but probably fine in light or in a group.
