This.
The upstairs is painted purple and gold, inside out and top to bottom. There is LSU shite all over the place no matter where you go. Woodrow's (on Chimney Rock) has long been THE spot to watch LSU football. For big games, they put a tent in the parking lot -- for Alabama, it was 1 in, 1 out 30 minutes before kickoff.

OTC Patio Bar just opened in Upper Kirby. It's right next to Cafe Express where the old Chase bank used to be. I see you are in Weatherford. I just relocated from Fort Worth. Did a lot of work out in Parker County.

If you end up in Katy you can go to the Orleans seafood kitchen. Big Woodrow's is a fun place as others have mentioned

their etoufee is terrible, i lived on barker cypress for two years...right behind the ballys, it looks nice but their cooking isnt anything like louisiana....Big Woodrows got some good food and you can get loud there...

ever hear of Brock?...man, its like living in Mayberry, the kids all say yes sir, no sir...its ridiculous, i mean, they are great kids, and the Administration doesnt waste ANY money, great people to work for, they get every kid they can to be involved in extra curricular activities, i think they have won 10 state titles in the last ten years....im use to having knives being pulled out on me when i coached in houston...and administrators would rather sponser after school dont get pregnant things rather than sports....my buddy coaches in Katy and he says its getting bad out there with all the apts their building...
i may be coming down to houston tommorrow, my girlfriend still lives in pearland, we may go up to woodrows or try that place you were talking about...

Yeah, I'm very familiar with the DFW area having lived there for 19 years. I'm a Dallas Morning News high school sports section addict, so I come across every school in the area from time to time. Keep up the good work!

Woodrows
I went to Woodrows for the '05 SEC CG.
That was a bummer.
It was fun as hell. You know, until UGA started to kill us.
