The expanded canal and deeper pond are really nice. Also, they finally got the dates of Mike VI's reign put up under his name. The water is just sitting at present while they check for leaks. It will look better when they get the stream flowing and fresh water running.

What is supposed to be different from the old habitat? They look identical to me.

Looks like they need to get in there with a chainsaw and clear those tree branches out.

Main difference on the outside is the pond and canal are much deeper and wider, the center pole has been made to look like a large tree, and the heated/cooled comfort rock up front. The last, it is hoped, will give the new Mike a favorite lounging spot up close to the front of the habitat.
