Phonetically how do you say "tyrann"

I've been calling him ta-ran. I've also heard tie-run and tie-ran and tee-run. So how does he say it?

I've always thought "tie-ran".

Musburger called him "tie-run".

I'm not sure.

I think it's pronounced like it would be spelled Tyron, like Byron but with a T.

But at least he can pronounce LSU unlike a certain CBS commentator.


Back to the topic, I believe it's "Tie-ran."

In class as a freshman he himself said Tie-run. It may be his New Orleans accent talking, but I think tie-run is alot easier phonetically than tie-ran.
