Philanthropic Ranking - How many spots did y'all move up?

I went from 4,022 last year to 3,896 this year. So I jumped over 126 people. I'm surprised I gained so many spots... did 126 people die?

I lost 100 spots...in the low 2K...crazy thing is I even upped my giving.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch, the rankings don't freeze until 4/31.

If anything, you will drop more. Some ticket holder/donor may donate more to Philanthropic programs to increase their ranking, so you may drop even more. My 126 increase may not hold...

How do you move up in the Philanthropic Ranking? I donate online via TAF.org, and it is not really clear how to donate for Philanthropic Ranking.
I gave to the general scholarship fund. Is that going to increase my Philanthropic Rank, or is there a specific donation you guys are making?

Anything besides the money you have to give up for season tickets and the mandatory donation that goes with it counts as philanthropic. They switched to this method because the people that had suites and really expensive tickets were staying up at the top of the ranking cause of the money they HAD to give to have those seats were going towards their TAF ranking. The rich were just getting richer and they weren't getting any extra donations. So they switched to the Philanthropic point system a few years ago.

Is that the ranking that decides if you get tickets? If so what ranking do you usually need to get season tickets?

9,868 is my priority rank and Phil is 6,636. I guess to hopefully get tickets in 8 years lol

i dont make my donation until october. i get a ticket to pretty much any postseason game. im not that high up in TAF but the method works so i stick with it.

Are you turning down upper level tickets? Because I got east upper tickets last year with a ranking of 3915.

It went up this year and it will probably go down as the year goes on. I think i was at 4100 ish last year.
