I'm so glad that I got to watch him for two years while I was a student at LSU. The Cow Place really rocked when we played UK at home. The student line to get into the game was over a block long.

Due to a congenital heart defect. I am still somewhat amazed to this day with all of the physicals the guy had that the defect wasn't noticed. I will never forget reading on the defect and wondering what it wasn't caught before.

Really a good guy.

I'm glad I got to hang out and drink with him before that happened.

Saw him play with the Jazz when I was a kid - every time I think of him I can hear the announcer saying, " Pistollllllllllll Pete!"

He was a Soph. living at Broussard when I was a Freshman living in thePentagon, Fall '67 and I would park on the short street between the two dorms. One rainy day I dashed across to my car and Pete almost hit me with his white VW bug. Just shook his head and gave me a huge grin. A good guy for sure.

What is PPG would have been if they had a 3 pt line...

Dale Brown charted all of his made shots one year and Pete would have averaged 57 points per game that particular year.

His ball handling skills and passing skills were and are unmatched in the history of basketball.

He was truly the greatest of all time !!!

If you mean in college, yes probably. Overall, I'd say he is arguably the best shooter of all time
