Perfect.

I love the fact that this was Les' little "frick YOU" to the entire world.

...and it was all JL knowing what to do. Jefferson is the problem on this offense, not the coaches and it amazes me that people are too stupid to know that. Jefferson is probably a great kid and I hate it for him but he is not good enough at QB to lead this offense. I'm not bashing him, it's just a fact.

Yes very organized at the end of the game. Part of was wondering if JJ would have learned to calm himself in that same situation. Would have been interesting to see, would like to see him grow past that debacle

wasnt JJ the QB in all of the clock mgmt instances?

Last night was Lee. Maybe that had a little something to do with it?

Im not trying to blame anyone really... I'm just sayin'. Different QB = different result.

Wait, wait, wait . . . Let's back up.

Do people really think we managed the clock "perfectly" at the end of the game last night?

We managed it well enough to win.

Yes. Lets. What, in your expert opinion, was the problem?

We did not manage the clock well at the end of the game.

Miles let 30 seconds run off the clock before calling a timeout before the fake field goal.

That's terrible.

I didn't see anything wrong with letting the clock run. It helps sell that we're kicking (albeit slightly) and there's less chance of leaving too much time on the clock.

He planned on kicking the field goal. He was running the clock down so Fla had less chance to score against a gassed D. I thought this was pretty apparent.

They didn't decide on the fake until the timeout was called.

We were 35+ yards out.

That was a perfect example of what not to do in that situation.

With a kicker like jasper? I think you are leaving objectivity at the door and scratching for something to bitch about.

Any coach, even the GODS the likes of SABAN/MEYER, lets the clock tick in that situation.
