Green from Georgia was good and is dangerous due to his speed. JJ will not be out running PP. If PP is able to shut down Julio Jones, this will allow the rest of the guys to concentrate on estopping the run. I doubt Saban trust his fr qb to be throwing toward PP side of the ball much. A slightly underthrown ball will result in 6pts for the tigers!

btw, PP is very underrated on his run support. I havent seen a corner that physical in run support all year.

its SHOW TIME baby, they cant deny you 1st team All-American honors next year!

How can this be THE KEY to the game when we have one of the most sacked QBs in the country against the D with the most sacks?

PP is not the key to the game by far. Jones is not having a good year due to inexperience at QB.

Keys to the game are strong and weak points.

1. Bama can pound the ball, we have to stop the run, we have been soft up the middle, but with new faces are getting better.

2. Our run game. Bama is at the top in run D. If we can't run we're gonna see another offensive performance like the Florida game.

If we can't stop the run, and can't run the ball, it's gonna be ugly,
*************************************************
3. Specail teams will be the biggest factor in this game more pertaining to field postiion. Its gonna be important to work with a short field and force Bama to make long drives. Helton and Holliday/Jones need great days.

maybe i need to change it to ONE of the key to the game. PP single coverage on JJ will help stop the run tremendously. Force bama into a one dimensional team, and its a win for the tigers.

It's simple. If LSU can't run the ball, they will lose.

I'd have to disagree as well.

Staying out of 3rd and long is important as well. Jefferson has not shown the ability to convert 3rd and long's against average defenses, much less a great defense coached by Saban.

I think the keys to the game are Ingram and Scott. Stop Ingram and feed Scott.

After watching the game, PP is an NFL starter playing college ball. Julio in my opinion is overrated. He is not an elite wr. Good size, hands and frame but no quickness in his initial burst and change of direction. He is a stiff!! Dont let the 5 stars fool you. He is a notch below lafell and tolliver.

btw, notice how when haze was beating jai and the coaches switched PP over and he basically shut that mfer down too! Haze is the better receiver on bama team. Jai/hawkins didnt have much problem against julio. But Haze's quickness was giving them fits until Mister Peterson moved over.
