Kadron was metts "go to" guy earlier in the season. His TD catch was the first of the year for the offense. The dude was pretty important

Did Kadron block well cause those numbers aren't that impressive.

So just because he caught the first TD means its important. Like f he didn't catch it no one would have??

James Hairston. The short kickoffs last year against Mississippi State were very costly. I hope he can be above 80% accuracy next year on field goals.

Simon, I don't think he is really overlooked, but when anyone lists our top defensive players, he seems to be the last one mentioned. Media wise he is always brought up in connection with Mathieu or Claiborne. And he should have been named All-SEC

I hope this is a joke. Simon did not play close to third team ALL SEC. he had a very lackluster year.

Third. Second was Landry's first catch of the year - a one-hander on post-flag. The best...well, I don't have to say it.

I think Ware's catch for a TD was better than Boone's.

Overall Simon played his position just as well as Banks and Milliner when matched up against the same top receivers. Milliner is used more often on blitzes so he is in some ways a better and a more versatile player.

I will admit there were some funky games and blown coverage and defensive schemes that were poorly called, but Simon's endurance allowed him to shut down some of the best WRs, late in games, especially against A&M.

Simon would get burnt quite often against inferior opponents. Auburn game was the worst as well as Florida. I wouldn't be surprised if some freshman plays more lockdown than him next year.

He was average at best and he only gets that because of the few picks he had.

Jalen Mills deserves some love.
4th on the team in total tackles & started all 12 games as true freshman!
He should have made SEC All-Freshman team, IMO.

Agreed. Many times his receiver couldn't haul it in (Auburn 1st series) which saved our arse a few times when he was targeted. Needs to work on tackling in the offseason.

Yeah if Frazier doesn't over throw his receiver by a mile in that first series we lose that game. Simon got burnt bad on that play.

L. Edwards. Sweet defensive end play and just does his job. He will also be in the senior bowl.
