1) Harris - I want that QB that everyone talks about for all the right reasons. I think he has the talent to be a program changing QB like Manziel/Winston was for anybody's college. For us, even more talent and and playoffs just about every year instead of every four years. I think he goes 2400 yards 20 TDs with another 300 yards and 5 TDs on the ground. He then makes it look like child's play the next year.

Of course Fournette fits that idea perfectly too, but this is not a thread for him.

2) Garrett - Next would have to be Garrett. I can't wait to see this dude in practice even. Heat seeking missle with incredible instincts and sideline to sideline quickness. Could be our version of Patrick Willis. He'll play on S/T and get some time on one of the LB spots. I see him finishing with 30 tackles and 3.5 TKFL. He blows up in year two though.

Dupre, Williams and then Battle/Adams, rounds out my top five.

3) Dupre - Man I can't wait to see this kid with the jump balls in the endzone. He's got that Julio Jones leaping ability and is smooth and quick like AJ. Green (yes I know Julio is faster). I remember when we needed a number two in our 2011 championship run and true freshman Beckham provided that with 400+ yards and a TD. I think Dupre can come in and get 600 yards and 6 TDs right off the bat for us. Then blow up in 2015.

4) Williams - I called him a bigger Spencer Ware when when I saw his senior year highlights back in November or December. He'll likely only see about 40 carries this year. Next year he should provide a nice strong backup to Fournette.

5a) Adams - This guy will be a first rounder no doubt. His coverage is the best I've seen from a safety in a while. Plus Miles wants him at KR as a true freshman, so you know he has open field skills. This year I expect him to actually make a nice impact on defense and if he wins the KR job, provide us another year of great return game. He'll definitely start next year.

5b) Battle - so underrated. He reminds me of Ed Reid ' play. He'll play some no doubt, mostly on S/T. He probably starts next year though. A lot of forced fumbles and DAAAAAAAAAAAMN!!!! plays in his future.

And Devin Voorhies is the most underrated guy in this class. Nobody talks about him because he committed early on in high school and was looked over by services and all that. Ran for 2,000 yards and passed for 2,000 yards this past year. Also had 60+ tackles, a handful of forced fumbles, passes defended, and multiple INTs. Comes from a great family and has a great head on his shoulder. Hes gonna be a player.

I really think he 2 I'll be our punt returner and will definitely play somewhere this year.

Brandon Harris is my pick. I think we forgot about him because he was an EE but clearly a freshmen in the mix to start at QB is very exciting.

Signs of intelligent life on tRant.

1) every single one of them.
2) dj Chark will open eyes I think. I would not be surprised if he is a starter this year one bit.

I've heard he is the hardest working athlete a lot of ppl have seen. Speed kills. Also talent with a chip on his shoulder.

Yeah Im a fan of Chark as well.... Typically, the guys that catch our eye at camp and receive an offer at camp turn out to be solid players. And I love his versatility. Hes a football player and a great athlete... can play multiple positions on either side of the ball and can make an impact in the return game as well.

Harris is a kid that def has Johnny Manziel and Fla St QB(I forget his name right now) talent. He is explosive and I am curious to see what they will do with him or how they will use him. He really needs to run the type of offense that Auburn uses so his full potential can be utilized. The question is will Miles let Cameron open it up like that. I pray he will.

Yes, Chark is a good choice. This is a tremendous group of athletes--tough to narrow it down to one or two.

But to mention two that may have been overlooked--offense: Will Clapp and defense, Sione Teuhema.

All of them!!

No doubt..it's tough to pick any one of them but I'll go with Quinn simply because he was so underrated by the services after breaking those records.

On defense I'm gonna go with big Valentine because of the losses in the DL middle and there's a good chance for him to make the rotation if he can get penetration.

This guy is a freak. if he can get to 250lbs and stay quick that would be awesome. Maybe even an OLB. If LSU can see what they are doing with these RUSH ends in the NFL and beat them to the punch then I think we can have something special.

Mingo - OLB
Clowney - OLB
Dion Jordan - OLB
Montgomery - OLB

If we can get into some long quick D-Ends those who stay light in the 240-250 4.6-4.7 speed range develop them into their NFL future position while at LSU and go with the BEEF on the line. You can always bring down an OLB as an extra standup blitzer on a 5 man front. Whoo Wee!

Agree with the beginning, disagree with the last 2 sentences.

To reach his full potential, he does not need to be running the Auburn type of offense. Sorry. Im sure he would be fine at it, but he is way more of a true QB than Marshall is. Marshall is an athlete playing QB, Harris is a QB that happens to be an athlete. He is a pass 1st QB. He has a huge arm and a lighting fast release... quick and looks effortless but the ball is coming out on a rope. Got a gun. Plus, Marshall was a DB before transferring to Auburn and becoming a QB. He was physical and likes to hit and was used to contact. Most QBs dont wanna get hit that much, especially in the SEC.

And.... the question is will Miles let Cameron open up the offense? Did you not see what our offense was like last year with Cameron? We werent a pass happy offense or anything like that, but the offense was 1 of the most balanced in the SEC last year. And we should be using a true balanced offense. Cameron was in control of the O last year, it was obvious, and it was the most efficient, complete, and balanced offense we have had in a while.

We dont need to change anything with our offensive system or philosophy for Harris to reach his full potential. As long as we have Cameron, I have no doubt that Harris will reach his max potential.
