Our special teams play has been hard to watch

Besides white's punt return last week, our special teams units have looked downright dreadful. Donte hasn't given us good field position on kickoff returns and our kickoff team runs down the field like a bunch of fairies afraid to light someone up. Keehn has also been mostly poor as well. I hope this doesn't cost us a game later in the year

Yeah I'm curious if after the season we hire a new special teams coach

White fields punts inside the 5 ydline, doesn't clear the team away from a non-catchable punt. Catches some that looks like he's about to drop. This is a long way from where McGaughey had our special teams.

I'll be shocked if we don't have two kickoffs returned on us for TD this year. Every time we kick is a disaster waiting to happen.

I hold my breath every kick off because of how shitty the coverage is

It's gone from being a strength of the team to being a glaring weakness-maybe our biggest liability. What's changed that caused such a dramatic reversal? Look no further than the dude standing next to Les on the sideline. He's been toxic to every squad he's coached for the past 7-8 years. I get that he's a good recruiter-can't we put him into some sort of spot that doesn't involve his coaching shortcomings?

I just love the word "fairies"

Domingue has been good on f.g.s, but other than that it is very concerning.
