If they are worried about weather and flooding, I would say so. I know as much as anyone at this point. I can tell you that Beverage Inc, who contracts with Center Plate, has not been told anything. Also, our owner at work who is very tight with the Saints hasn't heard a thing either.

So it's looking like NOLA is gonna be a no go?

If the storm tracks further east, probably. However, as it stands New Orleans is clearly the best spot for the game.

I really hope it's in the Dome for selfish reasons .

It appears that we are willing to forfeit gate receipts to get this game in. Orlando, Nashville, and Bobby Dodd Atlanta will have tiny crowds. The only decent crowd alternative is New Orleans -- estimated 45k with a last minute change.

so why we can't have this in Tiger Stadium? We agreed to play in Houston b/c it would be "like" a home game. Seems to stand the most money for both parties to be made would be to play it in BR. There will be just as many LSU fans in Tiger Stadium as there would have been in NRG, or the Superdome. BYU knew this was going to be a home game for LSU. They just want the money.

the weather will be in Tennessee by Saturday.

If you can't play it in Houston, New Orleans, Dallas or Baton Rouge, then this is all bullshite. It's supposed to be a "home" game.

Dallas would be like a home game. At least 60,000 fans.

While we are speculating, why not St. Louis? They have a Dome that is underutilized, 10 hours by drive and plenty of hotel space nearby
