Someone said this yesterday but what is infuriating is a lot of the changes are what fans have asked for. Usually fans can try and point to things but the true issues are really only known internally. As a long time Miles supporter I'm just truly disheartened that a lot of this recent futility was an inability to get out of his own way, for reasons we might never actually know (stubbornness, incompetence, etc.). But I'm excited for the future now that we know the program isn't anywhere close to broken, it's like we just took off the restrictor plate.

When O leaves (like we think he will when he doesn't get the job), just put him in charge of recruiting, limit his role in the games.

I'm not against him getting the boot, but if that impacts recruiting like everything fears it would, that's a compromise I could live with.
