I think he has been spot on all CWS. He actually brings insight. Most color commentators just state the obvious.

I like Orel. One of the smartest. I do get annoyed at the dumb fricks who start a "xyz announcer suck" every game. That is more annoying than any announcer.

He knows his shite but he comes across as an expert at every aspect of the game....he talks like he has played every posistion and coached every aspect of baseball.

Well, his job is to explain it to the casual fan. None of which know any positions as well as he does. I swear, some of you need to get laid more if you get annoyed that easily.

yes, the bubblegum was priceless. Repeating 1.3 seconds as the benchmark for stealing on a pitcher for the 758th time is terrific.
Ventura is ten times less annoying and as a player that made his mark IN Omaha he is by far more enjoyable and just as insightful.
