I know Gruden is happily retired, but Gruden was a defensive guy also and can help develop QBs. My question is can Aranda help us possibly with a small glimmer of hope get Gruden?

Gruden makes 7 million a year to sit in a booth a couple weeks of the year. He ain't coming back to coaching

Why would anybody want Jon Gruden to be the head coach. He has never been a head coach at the college level and hasn't coached at this level at all in 26 years. He hasn't coached period since 2008.
We can do better than just a big name
