Once again Negatigers, LSU not the only ones

Anyone watching the Ole Miss game right now. Here's a team that returns more players than we do and is playing an hour from home in front of a 50-50 crowd, and they look like CRAP. This is the number 8 team in the nation playing a Memphis team that hasn't had a defense for 10 years. I live here and like the "other Tigers," so i would know. They should be blowing Memphis up, but somehow they are not. Snead should be throwing jump ball picks, but he is. All of you bow down to Nutt and his antics and his master motivator style. Guess he took a week off. Chill out and watch next week's game.

I'm just saying that a win in the first game is a win in the first game. Style doesn't count. It might actually work in our favor for motivation. First week expectations are STUPID AND UNREALISTIC. When was LSU's last amazing first week performance? Waiting.....still waiting.....
And please don't count the scrimage against Appy last year. Please.

That was not the first week. We played an incredibly vanilla game against MSU the week before. We were barely up at half before we blew it open RUNNING UP THE MIDDLE.

Very true . Not sure that will help the negatigers that have gone to the dark side of the force and wanting to embrace their anger

I think the point here is that you shouldn't put too much stock in the performance of your team in the first week of the year. Every team has issues that will only get worked out in actual competition. While it is true that LSU did not look dominant this week, I am going to wait a couple of weeks before deciding what our chances are for the rest of the year.

At LSU we expect championships. At Ole Piss they expect a trip to the PapaJohns.com Bowl. Big difference there in comparison
