Told my 6th grade son we were picking him up at school and leaving this afternoon. If looks could kill, I'd be dead. Tonight is his first game of the season and he has evil intentions. I jokingly was telling him what a big deal this was for LSU and Oregon when he angrily let me know how important this was to him. I actually loved that he was so intent on his game tonight that he would fight back so strongly. Then I smiled and told him we were leaving after his game. He smiled and said "one day." Regardless of outcome I can't wait for the experience. Bringing the whole family. Didn't get to make the Cotton Bowl. GEAUX TIGERS!!!
