Rouses make pretty good sausage and I get my andouille from Bailey's or Jacob's.

Manda taste's like a glorified hotdog. It's a disgrace that they call that crap Cajun sausage. I buy Martin's, Veron's or Veillion's in Prairieville.

I like the HOT Manda's Sausage. Everytime I go home I buy about 10 packs of that sh** to bring back.
