I don't understand how anyone thinks Bama is the bigger rival. It is and shall remain, the landmass.

Bama is no rival with LSU. To be a rivalry, you have to actually win a few games.

I don't either... it's totally non-competitive at this point... plus I actually enjoy hanging out with bama students (just not the awful trailer trash).
