The only position I see Mainieri sticking true to form is Dawson unless he can't hit a fastball between now and SEC play. It's inevitable that 1B, 2B, and 3B will all be interchangeable.

Meh... Mainieri has been 50/50 with his decisions in his 10 years here, I'm not worried about his ability to coach third base for two weeks against shite teams.

Dont think that will bother him. He understood that when he took the job. He embraced the expectations when we were having a pretty tough time finding someone capable who wanted it.

Freeman was starting point guard on his high school basketball team. So while there are few that play high school basketball and baseball at 4A/5A level, he did. Surely it helped with athleticism but now he is able to focus on one sport.
