On a conference call with some big names right now. I'll update as soon as it ends. Lots of juicy stuff.

ETA: Sorry. Meant to post this on Money Talk.

did yall see they terraced the berm in the softball park. Looks great, too bad the box couldnt have that. I think we'd actually get students out to the games.

It's the one thing I wish they had done at the new box way back in 2008 and they went cheap...

Hadn't seen that.

I wish we had chair backs through the entire stadium and I wish we had a bern. Those were two things that were #1 on my list for the new box and neither were met.

and aisles on both ends of the bleacher rows so you don't have to climb over 20 people to get to and from seats on one end.

I think the bleachers that were actually built for the new box DO have this.

It's just the ones that they dragged over from the old box that dont.

That was the biggest slap in the face to season ticket holders

Just a quick update on a guy that used to be in the third base conversation here:

Danny Zardon 3 GP, .250 BA, 1 double, 3 K, 3 errors.

ETA: Jake Godfrey has not yet thrown for Northwest Florida Junior College

you know the bleachers down the left field line that end right by the playground? I believe they end right up against a fence.

I'll never forgive LSU for letting both Ole Miss and State have better baseball outfield atmospheres than The Box.

Then they said those people wanted those bleachers drug over as an homage to the old box.

I had season tickets in that section at the time. No one ever asked me if i wanted to keep my old crusty bleacher with no chair back and only an aisle in the middle and not along the edges.

I didnt care too much but a lot of people around me were pretty pissed about it.

The fans help make those atmospheres. Arkansas and South Carolina have better stadiums and it's not even a debate.

Saw an article where CPM was gonna try Lochridge at 2nd bc he was having difficulty fielding at 3rd....
Also make me wonder if CPM is positioning that to get a better bat in the lineup if Kramer hits his aforementioned wall again....
