Figured i'd consolidate the QB reports so we don't have a bunch of spread out information. Here's what we have so far.

Harris remains in the No. 1 role: Brandon Harris, for a third straight day, continued to take the first snaps during individual drills. He had some beautiful passes, too (those are below). It’s becoming more and more clear that this is Harris’ job to lose. OC Cam Cameron used a portion of individual drills to work on swing passes and a wheel-type route with the running backs.

Ross Dellenger:

* Jennings light throwing: Anthony Jennings didn’t throw many passes during the QB drills that were open to reporters. Harris would throw 3-4 passes and then Jennings would come in for one or two or not enter at all.

* John Diarse says he's seen a "big leap" in QB Brandon Harris. On the summer: "He was here 24 hours a day." #LSU

* Updated: #LSU coach Les Miles admits, yes, Brandon Harris is "starting first" in team reps - https://bit.ly/1MTAtBM

* Jennings light throwing: Anthony Jennings didn’t throw many passes during the QB drills that were open to reporters. Harris would throw 3-4 passes and then Jennings would come in for one or two or not enter at all.

Ben Love:

It's Day 3 of Camp, still early I know, but Anthony Jennings did a lot of standing and watching while Brandon Harris took reps today. #LSU

Scott Rabalais:

Just watched Jennings, Harris throw a variety of passes. Harris still No. 1. Throws most effortless deep ball at #LSU since JaMarcus Russell

Jacques Doucet:

You all know this, but Brandon Harris can really throw a football. Serious heat on his passes. #LSU

* #LSU head coach Les Miles and Anthony Jennings look on, as Brandon Harris gets the first team reps at quarterback.

Hunter Paniagua:

Les Miles on Brandon Harris working with 1s today: "Starting first is not as important as finishing first"

Jerit Roser:

Miles: Brandon Harris got more reps (this offseason by far), will see "how much ground he made up" as camp gets going. #LSU

Matt Moscona:

* #LSU TE D. Smith on B. Harris, "We listen to him now because he's matured and he knows what he's talking about." @1045espn

It looks like Les pulled the trigger on Harris.

Certainly beginning to appear that way.

And this time around, Harris is ready for the job. Last year at Auburn, Les pulled the trigger and it didn't work out so well, but Harris has put in a lot of work since then, and looks a lot better.

It's a beautiful thing to watch the ball come out of his hand. It explodes out of his hand so effortlessly. Not many guys can spin it like that.

I've been a big Jennings guy over the Summer because I felt he didn't get a fair shot. Harris looks tons better than he did last year, and looks tons better than Jennings. His footwork, delivery, release, etc is all improved. I can't wait to hear some leaks from scrimmages.

I worded that wrong.

He didn't get a shot on here. Meaning everyone just immediately dismissed him instead of giving him a chance to prove himself. tRant turned their backs on him in favor of Harris.

I get what you mean. Many assumed because Jennings wasn't good in 2014 that he could never improve. He would always be terrible. That may be true or it may not be. We will need Jennings to continue to work because we are always one play away.

People say we need 1 good QB. I'm all in for 2 great QBs.

Man this is some fricking great news! Really looking like Harris is going to be the man this year, which leads me to believe we're going to be a very dangerous team.

Same here. The more quality QB depth we have, the better I'll feel. Even if Jennings doesn't start, I'd still like to see him improve a lot from last year.

No no no , according to lsuguru this is all smoke and mirrors by Miles. Jennings will start.

If I'm Les, I send in Jennings to hand off the first snap just to see the melt. I'm not counting on anything until I actually see Harris in the game.

Well that is just awesome.

The slow melt by the Miles haters is almost as enjoyable as watching the delusion of the Trump supporters on the political board. Miles could be handing Brandon Harris his second CFB National Championship game MVP and the Miles haters would still find something to bitch about.

He's trolling. When game one tolls around he'll trot out Jennings just to show everyone who's in charge.

Miles doesn't want to name Harris the starter this early to make sure complacency doesn't set in with him. Harris is the starter and will be the starter

I agree. Really there isn't a reason to announce a starter right now. Game week would be the right time for me.
