Get over it. Many programs have this problem during spring training.

Wtf were some of y'all expecting?

Yeah reminds me of how bad Auburns offense looked with a new OC and brand new QB learning the offense... oh wait

Yeah I don't give a shite about the spring game. Our defense is really good. Not surprised the offense didn't look incredible.

Etling is not an SEC starter. Prepare thy anus for a 6 to 7 win season.

You mean it takes more than 14 days of installing and learning an offense to come up with something that can out gameplan the best DC in college football??

Actually he is since he started last year.

An elite sec caliber qb, of course not.

He won more than that last year.......as a starter in the SEC. Try again

Especially when you're installing a new fricking offense

It might be for the best that they looked lackluster during the spring game. If they came out looking good, the fans would have crowned them champs already only to have an epic meltdown when they started the season and didn't look as good as they looked in the spring game.

This assures that the offense won't be patting themselves on the back thinking that they're awesome. It's good for motivation.

You know what teams had new OCs and didn't look awful in their spring games? Auburn and Bama

Then the miserable fans would want Aranda fired if that happened.

It can't go both ways

And in order for that to occur the defense couldn't have looked great.

Both head coaches for those programs are more micro managers something that I don't think coach Orgeron is.

A quarterback to complete a pass. That doesn't have dick shite to do with the coordinator.

So I guess you think Bama's D will suck this year because they gave up 300+ yards to each QB and 5 passing TDs. Something tells me their D was taking it easy.

Love the sweeps, too much speed in the SEC to have a whole lot of success with them tho. Etling has to be better passing or we struggle

I have a bad feeling about it man. Have not been impressed with Ed O or Etling at all.

Weren't there a ton of reports after the first scrimmage of the offense dominating early on?

We've already seen the results of what Aranda can do with a month to scheme. Not that surprised the offense struggled. Expected a little bit better play from Etling though.

What worried me was when the play worked but the players failed to execute. Etling gets a lot of heat, but the receivers need to do their part as well. There should be no reason for them dropping passes the way they did.
