who knows...but if he has a negative attitude towards the changes and isn't putting in the effort to learn the system as best he can, I don't think Cam will hesitate to award someone else the job, assuming they earn it. With that said, I don't think this is the case, just commenting on skepticism of other posters.

We have THE absolute worst fans on the face of the fricking earth. Not even a full week into SPRING practice and already people are questioning Mett's leadership and excitement based on 2 interviews. Some of you crazy frickers need to step away and go get a fricking hug from mommy or something.

My perception was that it was more telling about Stud than Cam. Why are these high expectations something new ?

Right, the high expectations for LSU football is something new that Cam has developed in his one week of team practice.

Uhh, what?

Its not new concepts. Its a new level of expectations for how well you are in those aspects. For example, how quickly you go through progressions as a qb.

If thats what you meant by measurable. Wasn't too sure what you meant.

It's amazing the insight some people seem to glean from maybe 8 seconds of soundbite.

some of you guys mentioning new, high expectations and taking a shot at stud are the same guys who have said for the last 5 years that it was LM running the offense. one thing that is abundantly clear is that Cam has 10x more authority than stud did. stud was never the oc he only called the MAJORITY of plays on gameday based upon what les had told him to do.

this has more to do with Les getting out of the way than stud.

just my own thoughts but stud had little to nothing to do with who got playing time at rb, wr, te, qb etc. I think Cam will have much more envolvement in who starts and who plays at what time in the game (ie. late 4th qtr. or game in jeopardy etc.). the same probably holds true for what time prospects get recruited. not saying he will rule the offensive side of the ball but he will have a strong voice in everything related to offense. of course, he makes 3 to 4 times as much as stud so he better be doing more.

Ok, what does Zach's comments about Cam expecting him to learn a new system have to do with the OC from last year or that OC's expectations?

Is that better, Mr. Sensitive?

Lemme help all you nega fricks on here.

If you don't think LSU's offense will be more organized and more detailed in assignments and fundamentals than before Cam took over, you are simply a moron of Biblical proportions.

I'm not promising more wins, no one can do that, but I guarantee you the offense will not embarrass us in those key situations that we ALL know were prevalent too often in the last few years.

It's college, kids screw up, and it will happen.
