Observations from College Football Final

Really wish that our coaches would watch College Football final. Would love them to see other teams with Freshman quarterbacks dominating defenses, spread offenses rolling up points with short passes/ screens, and coaches having an inkling of confidence in their QB. Why can we not get a little bit of that? A lot of those teams are built with lesser talent, but they have implemented compensating offensive systems. Will have no chance to beat Auburn or Alabama with the offensive plan utilized at Florida.

Etling apologist will remind you that Brennan isn't ready because he has thrown 2 ints and they will point out that Etling doesnt throw any... but they won't admit that he's hurting the offense because he's doesnt have the confidence to get rid of the ball in a timely manner.

Not even about Etling and Brennan. Just wish the coaches could have someone to have confidence in. Frustrating to watch all of the schools with competent quarterbacks and then you watch LSU's offense.

Obviously the coaches do not either. Is it debatable that the QB looks like shite and the passing game is stagnant? Just because Florida missed an extra point and LSU escaped with a win, does not change how bad the offense is. I just wish we had the ability to take pressure off of the defense every once in awhile.

Here is some insight. It's not from college football final but some insight nonetheless.
LSU is not a good football team. Not good where it counts, in the trenches.
