in 2008 they had Ingram, Julio, the fat nose guard, great defense, etc. we had no defense, backs no where near as good as now, and interception prone freshman qb ....and in a day game took their arse to overtime. so how is this year hopeless?

Anyone who thinks we're going to get blown out is an idiot. We will come to play and make a game out of it

We won't get blown out by anybody. Our defense will make the game respectable no matter which LSU offense shows up. It's just hard to be real optimistic that we'll win given our offensive ineptitude so far. We scored points in '08. We turned it over a lot, but we could score.

It will be a game. LSU and Bama usually is a good game and for the most part records and stats go out the window.

LSU does seem to be feeling some of the swagger and I hope that builds. Bama hasn't been punched in the mouth yet this year but they will come November 3rd. Their last loss was to LSU in T-Town.
