Not ONE first down in the fIrst half......EMBARRASSING.

In the entire history of the Southeastern conference not one team has EVER gone the entire first half without making a first down in a championship game. I was then and still am totally embarrassed that our No. 1 LSU Tigers did not make a first down in the first half of the SEC Championship. Not to beat a dead horse but I am amazed at how far the Tigers have come with our sorry set of quarterbacks. If LSU had Arkansas's or Georgia's quarterback, LSU's offense would truly be an offense that can be called NO.1. I will be glad when Jefferson and Lee are gone. I believe the quarterbacks are going to cost us the NC. Lee is scared of getting hit and Jefferson is constantly confused. Jefferson doesn't know the difference between Thomas Jefferson and George Jefferson.
About the rematch, I read, here, on this forum right after the Bama game some quotes from a couple LSU players where they stated that they wanted no part of a rematch and that the Bama players were MEN (not boys) and that those LSU players wanted no part of a rematch. Tranlation: Some Tiger football players are scared of Alabama. I hope they can get a little sleep before the NC. TR33 is gonna run like a runaway train.

Before I get flamed let me say that I love LSU football and have been a fan for about 52 years.

You must have missed it. LSU told UGA they would not play offense during the first half AND still beat them easily.
