If your assistants are wanted by other programs, you're doing it right. Dave Patrick is loyal to Johnny and Treloar is loyal to LSU, so I think both will be around for awhile. Pinkins seems to move around a lot so I wouldn't expect him to stay for an extended period of time. Probably 2-3 years at the most.

There's something to be said for that. The question then would be are they leaving for better jobs?
Musselman left for a head coaching gig so yes on that one.
